Stock and purchasing
Live stock levels, low-stock alerts, purchase orders, supplier records, warehouse movements and barcode support.
Custom ERP and CRM
Custom ERP and CRM development means building only the modules your company uses, connected to each other and to your accounting, instead of adapting your work to a large packaged suite. Kodem builds these systems module by module, so the most urgent part goes live first and the rest follows in agreed stages.
Typical starting points
Why build your own
Large ERP suites are capable products, but they arrive with hundreds of modules you will never open, licence fees for every seat and a long adaptation project before anyone uses them. Smaller packages are cheaper, yet they often leave a gap that ends up filled by spreadsheets.
A custom system starts from your departments and documents. We list who records what, who approves what and which reports management actually reads, then build modules that follow that flow. New modules are added later without rebuilding what already works.
Modules
Each module works on its own and shares data with the others, so the system can grow department by department.
Live stock levels, low-stock alerts, purchase orders, supplier records, warehouse movements and barcode support.
Customer records, sales pipeline, quotations, contracts, activity history and automatic follow-up reminders.
From quotation to order, delivery note and invoice, with multiple price lists, campaigns and a dealer channel.
Links to your accounting software and e-invoicing, cash and bank tracking, and customer account reconciliation.
Staff files, leave and attendance tracking, payroll preparation and performance reviews.
Live management dashboard, sales analysis, stock turnover and customer segments, exportable to Excel or PDF.
Project stages
Analysis and reviews run by video, with documents shared in writing at each stage.
Suite or custom
| Packaged ERP suite | Custom ERP and CRM (Kodem) | |
|---|---|---|
| Licensing | Per user, usually yearly | No per-user licence; project fee per approved scope |
| Modules | Large catalogue, many unused | Only the modules you choose |
| Workflow | Your team adapts to the product | The product follows your workflow |
| Changes | Consultants and change projects | Requested by email or WhatsApp, built by the same team |
| Languages | Depends on the vendor | English and Arabic screens, Arabic right to left |
For groups with many companies in many countries and complex supply chains, a large suite can still be the sensible choice. We will say so if that is your case.
Selected work
Anonymised projects. Figures are from each project's own tests at handover.
Customer accounts, warehouse in and out movements, a cheque portfolio, commissions and the journal in one system, with in-cell editing so the team keeps its spreadsheet habits.
An ordering system for dealers, with a colour-variant product catalogue, a persistent quote basket and a seven-stage order flow.
Projects are anonymised: we do not publish client names without written consent. Figures are from handover-day tests; live values may change over time.
Is this for you?
Kodem develops your software, hosts it on servers in Türkiye and keeps it up to date. The source code stays with Kodem. Your domain is registered in your name, and your content and data are always yours.
Questions
Suites are designed for every company, so you pay for breadth you may not use and adapt your process to theirs. A custom system contains only your modules and follows your workflow. Whether it is cheaper over time depends on your size and process, which we work out with you in discovery.
Usually, yes. We connect through the accounting system's API or a service layer, and can include e-invoicing, online stores and bank or payment records. The integration map is documented during the analysis stage. Integration with local payment providers is assessed during scoping.
There is no licence limit on users. Access is controlled by roles and permissions checked on the server, and server capacity is planned at the start of the project according to expected use.
Your team uses it every day; it is your working tool. Changes to how the system works, such as a new report or a new field, are sent to us by email or WhatsApp, and our team builds and releases them.
It depends on the modules in scope. The schedule is split into milestones in the contract, and modules can go live one at a time, so your team starts using the first part before the whole system is finished.
Yes. The system is designed for that, so you do not have to buy modules today for needs that may arrive next year. Each new module is scoped and quoted in writing.
Your data is always yours. If you decide to end the service, your content and data are handed over free of charge in standard formats (CSV/JSON and media files).
A free video call about your departments and current tools, then a written scope and an itemised quote in USD, module by module.
A free discovery call, then a written, itemised quote. No obligation.
