Choosing a starting point
Most enquiries arrive with a label attached: "we need an ERP", "we need a new website". In the discovery call we ask what is going wrong today, who is affected and what it costs. Sometimes the answer is the service you named; sometimes a smaller piece of work solves the real problem first.
Because one team covers design, code, search visibility and integrations, the second project can build on the first. A website can later gain a dealer area; an order system can later feed the online store. Nothing has to be rebuilt to connect them.
Kodem has been building software since 2018. Our office is in Bursa, Türkiye, on UTC+3, the same time zone as Riyadh, Kuwait City and Doha.

Clients outside Türkiye work with us entirely remotely. Decisions are confirmed by email so nothing depends on memory.

Questions
Yes. There is no bundle requirement. We can take on SEO consulting for an existing site, add an integration to systems you already run, or build new software from scratch. The first call is free and helps decide which one fits.
Yes. Calls are by video, scope and approvals by email, and every stage is shown on a private preview link. Türkiye is on UTC+3, so our working hours overlap fully with Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.
Websites and online stores have published starting prices: website plans from $1,000 and store plans from $3,000, as one-time project fees plus applicable taxes. Software, ERP and integration work is priced from the written scope, line by line. An approved quote does not change.
We do not give a date before the scope is clear. After discovery, the schedule is split into milestones and written into the contract, together with the dates for content and data you need to supply.
We do. Kodem develops your software, hosts it on servers in Türkiye and keeps it up to date. The source code stays with Kodem. Your domain is registered in your name, and your content and data are always yours.
