Kodem is a software engineering studio based in Nilüfer, Bursa. We have been building websites and business software since 2018, for manufacturers, exporters, service companies and online stores.
We do not work from templates. Each site and system is written from scratch around how the client actually sells and operates. The same team designs it, writes the code, sets up search visibility and measurement, and keeps it running after launch.

A site that had attracted search traffic for years was moved to a new custom-coded architecture. Every old address was checked one by one, so its standing in search engines was preserved.
Two separate sites were merged into one and built from scratch for local search, with district pages, calculators and connected structured data.

Is Kodem right for you?
Kodem develops your software, hosts it on servers in Türkiye and keeps it up to date. The source code stays with Kodem. Your domain is registered in your name, and your content and data are always yours.

Yes. We run the whole project remotely: video calls, contracts and approvals by email, and private preview links for every stage. Our office in Bursa shares the UTC+3 time zone with Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.
Website plans start at $1,000, $2,000 and $3,000; e-commerce plans start at $3,000. These are one-time project fees, excluding applicable taxes. The exact figure depends on pages, languages, modules and integrations, and is fixed once you approve the written quote.
Year one of hosting, domain, SSL, business email and maintenance is included in the project fee. From year two you pay a fixed yearly fee: $200 for websites and $400 for stores. There are no monthly maintenance charges or plugin licences.
It depends on scope, so we do not give a date before the scope is clear. After the discovery call, the schedule is split into milestones and written into the contract. Content delivery dates are included too, because missing text and images delay projects more than code does.
Yes. Each language gets its own address and the right search engine tags, and the Arabic version is laid out right to left, not just translated. This site is built the same way.
We do. There is no admin panel or password to look after: you send changes by email or WhatsApp and our team makes them. Security updates, backups and technical maintenance are ours; support response times are written into the contract.
No. We do not use WordPress or ready-made themes; every project is written on our own codebase, and we maintain it ourselves.
Payment is split into two stages: 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. The delivery payment comes after you have seen and approved the working system.
