21 recent projects · 5 industry groups

Our portfolio, by industry, with the numbers behind it.

This page lists 21 recent Kodem projects, grouped by industry and described by what was built and what was measured at handover. There are no invented names, sample testimonials or star ratings here. If you are considering us, we can arrange a call with a past client whose project is close to yours.

  • Figures from each project's own tests
  • Client names published only with written consent
  • Closest projects walked through in the discovery call

What you see here is a selection chosen to show how we work; our reference list is much longer and cannot all be written out. Because we respect client confidentiality, we describe most projects anonymously. In a discovery call, we walk through the work closest to your sector.

Each card is one project. The highlighted figure comes from that project's own test output; the case studies page explains how the main ones were measured.

Projects are anonymised: we do not publish client names without written consent. Figures are from handover-day tests; live values may change over time.

Across the portfolio

Totals we can add up from the cards above.

Each total below is the sum of figures already shown in individual projects, nothing estimated.

21Anonymised projectsListed on this page, from industrial consultancies to marketplaces.
5Industry groupsConstruction, industry and B2B, service businesses, platforms, catalogues.
824Old URLs redirectedAcross four site migrations, each address sent to its new page with a single 301 and tested.
30Lighthouse scores of 100Across two local search projects: 22 of 22 measurements in one, 8 of 8 in the other.

Why the projects are anonymised

No names without consent, no claims without a source.

We publish a client's name only after they agree in writing. Until then, a project is described by its sector, its type and its measured results. That keeps their business private and keeps this page honest.

For the same reason, you will not find testimonials or star ratings that cannot be traced to a real person. Traffic and sales figures belong to our clients and are not shared without their permission; we also do not publish growth percentages whose source we cannot show.

About the figuresEvery number comes from redirect tests, Lighthouse reports, accessibility audits or test suites, and reflects the day of handover. Live values can change as content and traffic change.
  • Sector and project type instead of a client name
  • One headline figure per project, with its source
  • No traffic or revenue claims

How to verify us

Four things you can check before you trust us.

When choosing a software supplier, the strongest evidence is another client's experience and the documents a project actually produced.

  1. Reference callSpeak directly to a client whose project is closest to yours. We arrange it with their consent during the quote stage.
  2. Handover documentsReview sample speed reports, redirect maps and acceptance records during the discovery call.
  3. Meet the teamVisit our office in Nilüfer, Bursa, or meet the engineers who would write your project on a video call.
  4. This websiteWe built this site the same way, in English and Arabic. You can test its speed and structure in your own browser.

From ledger to system

Not every client needs a website. Some need their paperwork in one place.

Some businesses run on a paper ledger, scattered spreadsheets and phone calls. For a cold storage operator, we turned handwritten ledger calculations into role-based business software that records every change, without forcing the team to drop habits that worked.

Staff still edit figures directly in table cells, as they did in their spreadsheets. Behind the screen, permissions are checked on the server and each change is logged with who made it and when.

Measured result652 end-to-end test checks across 12 test suites, with automatic daily backups.
  • Ledger arithmetic done by the system, not by hand
  • Three user roles, enforced on the server
  • Excel/CSV and PDF exports from one place
  • An installable app that also opens offline

Our own products

Alongside client work, software we built for ourselves.

The same team and the same standards. Starting from a ready core can shorten a project in these sectors; each one is customised for the buyer.

Questions

Questions about our work

Who are the clients behind these projects?

We do not publish client names without written consent, so each project is described by sector, type and measured result. At quote stage, we ask the client whose project is closest to yours to speak with you directly.

Where do the figures come from?

From each project's own tests: redirect checks, Lighthouse reports, accessibility audits and automated test suites. They describe the day of handover; values on a live site can move as content and traffic change.

Why are there no reviews or star ratings on this page?

We do not publish ratings that cannot be verified. We ask clients to leave reviews on our Google Business Profile under their own accounts, where each one appears with its author's name.

We are outside Türkiye. Is this work relevant to us?

The underlying problems are not tied to one market: moving a site without losing search standing, connecting orders to several channels, replacing paperwork with software. We run international projects remotely with written milestones and private preview links.

My industry is not listed. Can you still help?

Yes. These are some of our recent projects, not a complete list. In the discovery call we listen to how your business works and then explain which project is closest and what worked there.

What does a project like these cost?

Website plans start at $1,000 and e-commerce plans at $3,000, as one-time project fees plus applicable taxes. Custom software is quoted item by item after the discovery call.

Talk to a client we have built for.

Describe your project in a few lines. On the discovery call we share the closest reference and sample handover documents.
