Process

    Cargo details

    Dimensions, weight, packaging, origin–destination and date. The checklist is on the quote page.

  2. 2

    Quote and approval

    A written quote with equipment, corridor and an indicative transit range; once approved the loading plan is opened.

  3. 3

    Loading and paperwork

    The CMR is issued; ATR/EUR.1 and T1 are coordinated with the broker.

  4. 4

    Tracking and delivery

    Border and ETA updates; closure with the signed CMR.
