If you would like to describe the matter in more detail, email is suitable. Attached documents are used only to prepare the meeting and are covered by the duty of confidentiality.

How does the meeting work?
- 01Request and confirmation
After your message the office confirms the day and time; the meeting can be held at the office or online.
- 02Listening and documents
The matter is heard from start to finish; the documents you bring are seen, and time limits and limitation periods are checked.
- 03Assessment and fee information
The possible routes are explained. The attorney's fee and its scope are notified in writing, within the framework of the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff.
- 04The decision is yours
The meeting creates no obligation; if you wish to continue, the process begins with a legal services agreement and a power of attorney.
B Preparation
What to bring to the meeting
- Contracts, correspondence and official notifications relating to the matter (if any)
- A short chronological summary of events (half a page is enough)
- An identity document; if you come on behalf of a company, the signature circular
- Documents of any earlier dealings with another attorney or institution
The practice area pages have preparation lists specific to each subject; a missing document is no obstacle to the meeting.
