01 Practice areas
Commercial and corporate
The firm works in six areas. Each area page has three headings: when people seek advice, how the process works and what to bring to the first meeting. The information is general; a meeting is needed for your specific situation.
Commercial and company law
Company formation, partnership relations, commercial contracts and commercial disputes.
- Company formation, change of company type or restructuring of the ownership
- Shareholders' agreements, share transfers and general assembly procedures
- Drafting or reviewing supply, dealership, distribution and service contracts
Enforcement and bankruptcy law
Debt collection, objections, seizure, composition with creditors (concordat) and bankruptcy processes.
- Collecting receivables based on invoices, cheques, promissory notes or contracts
- Objecting to proceedings started against you and negative declaratory actions
- Following seizure, valuation and sale stages
A subject that is not on the list? Describe it briefly; if it falls outside the firm's areas, the firm will say so clearly and, where appropriate, point you in a suitable direction. The information on this page is not advertising; it only introduces the practice areas.
Not sure which area your matter falls in?
A sentence or two is enough; the area and the way forward are worked out together at the first meeting.
