Commercial and company law: documents needed
A general list of the documents that will be useful at the first meeting.
A What to bring to the first meeting
- The company's articles of association and the current trade registry gazette
- The contract in dispute and its annexes
- Invoices, delivery notes, payment records and correspondence
- Any earlier formal notice or mediation record
If you do not have some of the documents, the meeting still goes ahead; anything missing is listed at the meeting.
What does a shareholders' agreement regulate that the articles of association do not?
Related note · The articles of association govern the company; a shareholders' agreement governs the relationship between the partners.
