A general list of the documents that will be useful at the first meeting.
A What to bring to the first meeting
- The documents on which the claim rests, such as cheques, promissory notes, invoices and contracts
- The payment order or enforcement file details (those served on you)
- Contact and address details of the debtor or creditor
- Earlier payment and correspondence records
If you do not have some of the documents, the meeting still goes ahead; anything missing is listed at the meeting.
