A general list of the documents that will be useful at the first meeting.
A What to bring to the first meeting
- The title deed or an extract of the title record
- The lease, sale promise or construction contract
- Maintenance fee, rent payment and correspondence records
- Any letters from the municipality or the building management
If you do not have some of the documents, the meeting still goes ahead; anything missing is listed at the meeting.
What is an eviction undertaking in a lease, and when is it valid?
