From sheet metal to a tested machine, under one roof
Frame fabrication, machining, welding, paint, assembly and the control panel are done in our own workshops. Every machine is run with the customer's product in the test area before shipping.
Factory layout
Material flows in one direction from sheet metal to the test area; the test area sits next to the dispatch gate. Dimensions are indicative.
- A1 Sheet metal: laser cutting, press-brake bending
- A2 Machining: CNC lathes and mills
- A3 Welding: steel and stainless frames
- A4 Paint shop: powder coating and curing
- B1 Assembly 1: packaging machines
- B2 Assembly 2: conveyors and automation
- B3 Control panel workshop
- C1 Test area: factory acceptance test (FAT)
- C2 Dispatch and packing
- C3 Office, engineering and project management
How does a machine move through the factory?
After design approval the machine passes through six workshops in the order shown on the floor plan. At each step, parts and sub-assemblies are tracked by revision number.
Design and drawing
3D model, manufacturing drawings and electrical design; the revision number is opened here.
Sheet metal
Laser cutting and bending; frame plates and guards.
Machining
Shafts, flanges, jaws and format parts are machined on CNC machines.
Welding and paint
Chassis welding, grinding, powder coating or stainless surface finishing.
Assembly and panel
Mechanical assembly, pneumatics, control panel and wiring; software is loaded.
Test and dispatch
FAT with the customer's product in the test area; packing and dispatch after the signed report.
The factory acceptance test is run with your product
In the test area the machine runs at target speed with the real product and packaging material the customer sends. The customer attends the test at the factory or receives a recording.
- Continuous run at target speed with product quality checks
- Changeover and recipe switch rehearsal
- Safety functions: emergency stop, door interlocks, light curtains
- Acceptance report; open items are closed at commissioning
| Area | C1 · approx. 290 m² |

Design office and documentation
Mechanical, electrical and software teams work in the same office. Every machine is delivered with an operating manual, wiring diagram, spare parts list and risk assessment.
- 3D design and line layout drawings
- PLC / HMI software and parameter backups
- Risk assessment and technical file for machine safety
