Spaces that are part of your stay
Not the list of a large hotel, but a few well-considered spaces of a small house. Breakfast is included, the sauna is used by the hour and the olive grove is always open.
Breakfast
Served 08:00–10:30 in the breakfast room overlooking the grove or in the garden: Mudanya olives, cheese and preserves from local producers, daily bread and eggs cooked to order.
Sauna and rest area
A small sauna, a rest room and a herbal tea corner on the lower floor. Used 16:00–21:00 in slots booked at reception, one room's guests at a time.
Olive grove and garden
The grove behind the mansion is open to guests: hammocks, stone benches and a fire lit in the evening. At harvest time guests are welcome to join a picking day.
Fireside lounge and library
On the entrance floor: a stone hearth, a small library of regional and maritime books and a games table. The hearth is lit on winter evenings.
Bicycles and walks
Loan bicycles and printed route cards for the coast road towards Trilye and Kumyaka. Early in the morning the shore road is quiet.
Parking and transfers
Guest parking in front of the mansion. Transfers from the Mudanya ferry pier and Bursa are arranged on request.
The sauna and rest area are reserved for one room's guests at a time; slots are taken at the entrance. Bicycles are lent with helmets. Pets are accepted only in Garden Rooms and with advance notice.
