Care notes
Short notes for stores to pass on to the end customer; they are sent in print with every delivery.
- Avoid direct sunlight
Velvet and linen can fade where they receive long periods of direct sun. Position the set with the direction of the curtains in mind.
- Blot up spills
Press with a clean white cloth, without rubbing. On leather surfaces use only a damp cloth; do not use chemical cleaners.
- Turn the cushions regularly
When seat and back cushions are turned once a week, the foam density stays even and the fabric pattern direction is kept.
- Pilling on bouclé and linen
Small bobbles that form with use are normal; they can be removed with a fabric shaver and do not weaken the fabric.
- Wooden base
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep alcohol and abrasives away from lacquered surfaces; renew the felt leg pads once a year.
- Moving
Lift the piece by its base, not by the arms. Dry cleaning is recommended for models with removable fabric covers.
